You only need 3 ingredients to get this low carb dinner on the table. Unlike regular pizza crust, this version uses JUICY mushrooms to get your man's juices flowing!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Put portabella mushrooms on a sheet pan.
Spread pizza sauce on top of each mushroom. This is about 2 Tb per mushroom.
Spread cheese between each mushroom. This is about 1/4 c of cheese per mushroom.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and portabella mushrooms are cooked through.
Serve hot with a smile!
